Since this is the beginning of the summer, I decided I had to take a trip somewhere. So it was decided that I would pack my bags, but just before I left, I had to do one last thing. I knew I would be gone for a few weeks and I had just realized how utterly desperate I was going to be without my beloved South Florida dining. I have really grown so fond of the quality that goes into the South Florida’s ingredients, I must say I’m a near addict. I went with something new on the menu, the pork Mexican taco. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was more than just another style of taco, this was something really special.
