We’ll explain a couple of methods that people have used to stop sweaty feet, one of them is 100% free. Care for some black tea? No, I don’t mean drinking, I mean soaking your hands and feet in it. Some say that it’s the best solution to cure sweating. The tannic acid inside of tea is known to block certain sweat glands. The tannic acid solution in tea worked a little bit for me as well. Boil enough hot water to soak the soles of your feet, usually 2 to 2.5 cups of water will do and put 2 tea bags in it. Bring it to luke warm temperature. You’re set to go, dive in with your hands or feet and keep them there for 30 min. Afterwards drink the tea. Just kidding you can donate it to the sewers. You can try doing it daily for 1 week and then reducing it to 2-3 times a week. Make sure to wash the feet with soap and thoroughly clean them of any tea stains. You can also try rubbing your feet with pumice stone, it’s flattens the rough skin areas that retain bacteria and stains.
